Format for filling multi user picker field in issueService.newIssueInputParameters()

Hello! I'm creating a task using issueService.newIssueInputParameters(). I fill in the custom fields using the addCustomFieldValue method. One of the fields I need to fill in is a multi user picker field. The addCustomFieldValue method only accepts a string value. In what format should I add the value?
