This one is best handled by Atlassian Billing Support (not Community), because DGT/COR documents are account-specific.
Please open a billing ticket from admin.atlassian.com -> Billing -> Contact support and include:
- Site URL / Org name
- Invoice numbers (from Jan 2026 onward)
- Requested documents (DGT + Certificate of Residency)
- Legal entity name and tax details
