Force removing a user

I am admin and i have an authetication problem with a user via SSO. 
i want to remove and readd the user. However, instead of immediately removal, the deletion is scheduled do 14 days, please how to force remove the user ?

I will not wait 14 days to re-add the user it looses all acces during 14 days please!!!

You can’t bypass the 14-day deletion in Jira Cloud.
Go to Admin → Directory → Users → [user] → Cancel deletion/Restore account to reactivate them, or invite them with a new email.

In Jira Cloud when we delete the user the account is deactivated and Atlassian provides 14 days grace period to prevent accident loss or recovery.

This is apporach of Atlassian we can't do anything to it, but be assure the deactivated user won't be able to use the tools or manipulate any data. The approach balances user access control with data retention compliance.
