Forbidden test LDAP

[TGS France - Nicolas LORY]

We have been using Jira / Confluence for 2 years.
For 2 weeks we have been encountering authentication issues.
While trying to test the configuration of the LDAP user directory, we get a message : Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / plugins / servlet / embedded-crowd / configure / ldap / on this server message.

and we have the same message on Confluence both products are installed on the same server.
