Hi,
To introduce my issue, I am a webmaster, and we have a project that we use as a backloag and a link that we gave to our colleagues so that they can create tickets.
Since a few weeks this link is not working anymore and I don't understand the reason. When we try to access the page, there is this message:
Encountered a "403 - Forbidden"
error while loading this page.
On the project page, when I go to the settings, I can't access the Customer access tab, it says that I don't have permission to access this page and there is an error code 403. Could this be the problem? Does someone know how I can access this page?
Thanks in advance
Hello @Steve André
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
It sounds like you are able to successfully access your Jira instance in general, but you have a problem with a particular project. Is that correct?
What type of project are you having trouble accessing? You can find that information in the Type column on the "View all projects" page that is available under the Projects menu in Jira.
Are you able to access other pages of the project besides the Customer access tab?
Can you show us the exact link that you are using to access the Customer access tab? You can omit the base URL that identifies your Jira instance.
Can you show us the exact link that you provide to your colleagues? You can omit the base URL that identifies your Jira instance.
I think that you are referencing a Service Management project. Your answers to the above questions will tell me if I am correct, and help me understand more precisely where the problem is occurring.
