For the "Checklist for JIRA" app, is it possible to enter an "X" instead of a check? We use it for on and off boarding , and not every checkbox applies for every user.
From an audit trail perspective, we dont want to leave boxes unchecked and we have a rule in there that all boxes must be populated to close the ticket.
Hi Stephanie,
The Checklist app only allows to check the box with a check mark.
If you want more information in each item, you can actually use Statuses to achieve it. Statuses are enabled by your admins in the checklist's parameters, and they can then be deeply configured to represent the information you want.
By default, there is a Not Applicable status which indicates that this particular item, even if checked, was not applicable to that situation.
Let me know if that helps!
Kind regards
Thanks! It sounds like "Not Applicable" is what we need - we will give it a try!

UPdate - this worked great for us. The person who originally managed this plugin didnt learn much about the config, but thanks to your help, we have a much better grasp on it and will be applying the checklists to other scenarios as well.
