Hi,

When right click on an issue in our scrum board and then selecting "add flag", adds a flag which I can see in the detailed view for the issue but the card color is unchanged for some reason?

Do you know why this is?

Does it add the icon Picture0002.jpg?

Nope not on the card. The only trace I can see of the flag is in the comment field of the issue where it states "Picture0002.jpgFlag added" together with the comment I added to the comment screen prompted when adding the flag.

Hi. Sorry to bump in on your question. I do not have an answer, but exactly the same problem. I was wondering if you managed to get it resolved?

Hello, I ran across this when going through it with our IT admin. Someone showed us the flags yesterday and when I tried it when I got home it was different.

The difference comes between regular Jira projects and software projects with scrum boards. The scrum board has the option with right clicks and with the other type of project it only has it inside the task by using the 3 dots or the Ctrl+K command to bring up options.

So the difference is in the project, whether you're using a software project or regular.
