For exactly this type of investigations you can use Versions Usage For Jira released by our team.
It allows you to search the version usage across all your projects.
If you want to see what versions were released for example during 2024 you will perform a search like this:
The result is exportable in csv format for storage and further analysis.

You can do some JQL options on "fixversion"
But to get something like fixversion in releaseDate(), you will need to add 23rd party options to extend JQL functionality from the Atlassian Marketplace.
