Finnish translation of basic Jira term "issue" would need to be changed

Hi,

would it be possible for you to change the translation of your basic term "issue" into Finnish:

it is now translated as "ongelma"

(= problem)

should be changed into

"tiketti"

1 tiketti many tikettiä

It is problematic to name issues as problems, when discussing them with customers.

Tiketti is a neutral word.
(other neutral word that could be used: havainto, 1 havainto, many havaintoa)
Hope this change can be implemented quickly.
