Finished Server to Cloud Migration: Attachment Thumbnails in Comments Broken in New View

Hello!

We've just finished our migration from Jira Server to Jira Cloud. I did both steps, Import Data and Import Media, and all of our tickets and attachments made it.

However, when looking at the tickets in "New View", any thumbnail of an attachment in a existing comment shows "Failed to Load: Retry" and the retry link does nothing.

The thumbnails in the comments do load perfectly fine in "Old View". Additionally, NEW attachment references in NEW comments work perfectly fine in "New View".

It is only the migrated attachments, in comments, in New View that aren't working.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to see you are facing this problem.

Indeed, the problem you mentioned where imported attachments are not properly rendered in the new issue view is a known bug in Jira Application. We've reported it with our development team in the link below:

Importing attachments via CSV is adding broken attachments links for the new Jira issue view. 

Feel free to vote and watch the bug to increase its priority and also receive notifications about its fix implementation and possible workarounds.

For now, the steps to fix this bug must be done by the internal Atlassian Support team, so I created the following support ticket to have it fixed for you:
