Filters Panel not in alphabetical order

The Filters side panel and drop-down are not in alphabetical order anymore.  I cannot find a way to change the order.  

Am I missing a step, or is this just the way it is?

Good morning. Unfortunately what I am seeing in Jira is the same, the left side bar in filters have starred and recently touched filters first and I am unable to edit the way in which they appear. But if you scroll all the way to the bottom you will see view all filters and you can select that and the filters will be in alphabetical order.

Problem is our org has over 800 filters, so starring my own ones and having them visible alphabetically was a huge benefit. Now Im completely lost and have to go and find filters in the huge list.
