We are automatically creating jira tickets from emails. We need to attach attachments to the tickets. Problem is that emails we receive from customers very often include logos in signatures (facebook, linkedIn, youtube, branded logos). These logos are often very smal, just few hundreds of bytes. We would like to exclude them. I was hoping to find some configuration in jira which would allow to specify a minimum size for an attachment to match to be included in the ticket (to drop smaller images automatically).
Can this be accomplished anyhow?
