use the filter:
issuetype = "Fault Report" AND assignee = xxxxx
result in 22 fault reports
but when I add criticality ~ 100, no result found, but in reality, there are 7 fault report with criticality 100.
issuetype = "Fault Report" AND assignee = xxxxx AND Criticality ~ 100
