Filter view in Timeline jira plan

Hi,

  We have a jira plan in which user has created different views.

In one of the views ,the user who created has four filters and all are visible to that user where as another user when clicked on that view can see only one filter and other 3 are missing.

Does the other user has to save filter or user have to change the settings of view in Plan settings.

Please check if those filters are not private

As admin I am able to view the 4 filters in plan.
