I need to create a filter on my tickets on Jira, so that it appears how long it hasn't been updated or when it was last updated.
Because I need to update it according to a certain period of time, without having to check them all.

I would use a simple filter that includes "order by updated". Filters are usually displayed in the "issue navigator", in which you can choose what fields to display. You'll want to get "updated" added to the display.
