Filter or a dashboard for Tickets that are solved in specific time

Hello. I need your help. I would like to create Filter/Dashboard where I can check if tickets are resolved within one week (or are in one status within one week). We need this to make sure that we resolve tickets after they are approved in one week and take care of those that has been resolved after the week period.

May be the below will help you.. Please check.

project = XYZ AND status changed to "In Progress" DURING (-14d,-7d) AND status changed to Done after -7d

Thank you. But what if I need it even backwards? Lets say I want to know if we crossed 7 day period in september?
