Filter not working in backlog or board

Hey there!

I'm having issues trying to sort my backlog and boards. I've being using the following filter:

Project = Ike and

status != Done

ORDER BY due ASC, priority DESC

Although, when I turn it on, nothing happens. See:

The sorting simply doesn't work.

I'm looking after answers in the community FAQ, but didn't find anyone else with such issue to solve.

Can anyone help me?

I think you might be misunderstanding what quick-filters are for.  They allow you to drill-down into, or narrow down your board, they do not change what the board filter is selecting.

To sort your backlog and board, you need to put the sort order into the board filter.

Ah this is a QF scenario. I was thinking board filter.

Can you try using the same filter in the Advanced search issue view?
