Filter is not available when creating a roadmap

When I am creating a new plan in ENT JIRA, I am selecting the source as a filter.

However the filter that I have saved for this purpose is not visible in the drop down of the sources. The filter is not private, shared with all users with access to JIRA.

please guide what could be the issue?

Hello, Good day. Looks like filter is not available to select as issue source in advanced roadmap. Make sure that this filter has been shared and also try to type the filter name while searching for the filter.
