Filter for Epic Link within a specified Project

I'm working on a new project for my Operations org and would like to include tickets from related projects, but only if they are Linked to an Epic containing the new project key. 

I.E. New project = EDGE, some issues from other projects may be included in EDGE epics and we want to see only these external issues in the scrum board. 

I want to edit the EDGE Scrum board filter for to include all EDGE issues, plus any other project's issues that have an Epic Link to an EDGE Epic.

Jira Cloud does not have a native function to support such filtering. Are you open to the use of a third party app at additional cost?
