Hi there hoping someone can help me with what I think is a simple query.
I have a filter for issue type Test and have added column for Test Steps & Test Case Description. My issue/tests have steps and descriptons in them but the column is not being populated and therefore neither is the excel when I export.
Other columns I added e.g. External Assignee, Labels etc are populated so I don't understand why Test Steps & Test Case Description are not?
I am using JIRA v7.2.8
How do I get these columns to populate with data from the test/issue?
