Need some guidance on this particular item:
We are testing multiple email messages. For example, tester encountered a problem in Email 1, but the same problem is encountered by another tester on Email 2 at the same time.
Do we need to create separate JIRA tickets or update existing one?

Welcome and congratulations on your first post! :)
Usually if you see a problem you simply log a ticket and later decide (after analysis) that this is similar/related/duplicate of an existing issue. It is not bad that two developers would create similar tickets. At least you would know that the issue is actually very common and should be fixed asap. On the other hand it is also bot bad to review existing tickets and find if there is any similar already created, however this takes imho more time than simply create a ticket and review later.
