We've recently started seeing a weird issue where Figma designs disappear after being added to a ticket. The first couple times an engineer asked where the design was I thought it was just a miss on my part, but we tested this today and realized that when adding the design it seems succesful but on reload it disappears. We had a few folks try this all with the same result. Our fallback is just to add text links the description, but the interactive design preview feature has been great so would love to see this working again!

There is an active incident with all Atlassian Products right now so it might be related to that. But if it has been happening prior to today, then you should check with the vendor for the App connector to see if they have feedback.
Thanks John! It was happening last week prior to the AWS incident so seems like the cause is something else. I can reach out to Figma to see if it's something on their end.
