Hi Team ,
when you go to edit a ticket that already has the Product Line/Component field populated, it's reverted back to a None value. This should not be happening and the values that have already been populated in the view screen should hold the same values be kept in the Edit Screen of the ticket.
Could someone please investigate and fix this issue?

Do you use scriptrunner?
Maybe some groovy code in a behaviour, as initialiser?

Thanks for the quick reply i have checked but i do not found any behavior, as initializer return for it..
Is there any possibility to have script as post functions returned in workflows that u want me to check ..
