Field Values Not Updating In Automations

Hi.

Problem: The drop-down values for a custom field in my automation is not showing the new options or updating.

Context: I edited some of the fields in my team-managed business project. However here is the issue I am facing:

 

  • I first added new drop-down values to an already existing field
  • I click on automations to create some new rules based on those values
  • When I click on 'Work Items Field Conditions', I choose the relevant field
  • The drop-down values only show the older ones, not the new ones I added in.

Does anyone have a solution to this? Thank you.

Hi @Faraaz Zaman -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Are the fields missing or the field values?

I wonder if this is a browser caching issue (although I would find that unlikely from what you describe).  If you first refresh the page and then create the rule, do you find the new values in the rule action's dropdown list?
