Field Configuration issue on project

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I can see the "types" I want in the "Issue Types" section of the project settings. I have no problem so far. But I couldn't find how to change the "Field Configuration" part in the attached picture according to "Type". There is a separate "Field Configuration" setting for each "Screen". There are different mandatory fields.
