Few Bugs Noticed On the Major Launch Since the end of March, 2017

Awesome Job! The new launch did improved a lot of features, such as the bulleted list in the description area.

However, I did encounter 3 problems:

1. Few of my issues logged got lost during launch, and I think it will be great we can be notified if any major launch is going to happen

2. The sub-task ticket workflow is changed as well. So I tried to close some of the sub-task tickets but then I couldn't untill I decided to change the sub-task to an issue

3. Now that I tried to edit an old issue and the edit pop up doesn't pull the issue description text box for me to edit, and below is a screenshot to the edit pop up screen:

I think you need to talk to your administrators.

Points 2 and 3 are config changes your admins make.  You'll need their help to find the missing issues as well.
