Fetching app purchase events for my Forge app

Hi there,

I have built a paid forge app for Atlassian marketplace and now I want to get payments events once user purchases my app.

Do we have any webhook or REST API which I can use to fetch the payment details? 

Based on payment details, I need to create a plan for users in my system.
