To easily more to know which project have update or not

When open or refresh Jira software, need Bold title of which object have any update or change. which object have not change need dim title of those objects.

As Nic said, you would need to submit that as a suggestion to Atlassian - not much we can do about it here.

But you could create a filter that shows you updated issues for a particular timeframe - maybe that would help?

You could raise a suggestion over at https://jira.atlassian.com, but you will need to think about it more. 

How is Jira going to know what has updated or changed?  What is the rule that defines that?   How is this better than asking a person to run a filter for "changed since the time I am interested in"?  And also why Atlassian should change their design and visualisation for this?

I not want to argumentative with you. My opinion only want to see which object just changed when user insert comment or move status. And make title object is strong bold. If you know which set up to make, please talk to me. If Jira have not that function, please refer and consider additional. Thank you

I recommend that if you do, you should explain how Jira is supposed to know what has changed, and why they should change their design and visualisation standards.
