I organized my Jira board feature panel, and it also changed the Jira plan(roadmap) how can that be prevented.   I want the feature panel to be grouped differently than the roadmap priority.

Can you provide a screen image of the "feature panel" to which you are referring? I think you might mean the panel that appears in an agile board as shown below where in my system it is labeled Epic.

By default the items shown in the panel will be ordered by Rank.

If the Sort setting for your Plan is also Rank, then your Plan will reflect changes that you make in the panel in the board.
