Feature flags application

Hey All, 

Looking for a feature flag App to integrate with Jira.

The app must support enabling a flag (feature support) per environment and a global flag to override this config.

What is your experience and recommendation?
I used Launch Darkly in the past, which is awesome but might be an overkill for us at this stage.
