Feature avaiable?

I would like to have the possibility to manually sort - with drag and drop - a list of issues - probably the result of a filter. This List will be used to maintain and change the priority between a selection of Issues. I hope You can understand what I wan't to achieve.

Is this Feature already available in standard or in a Plug-In to JIRA?

The Jira Agile plugin implements Scrum and Kanban boards which have exactly this facility.
