Failed update of Universal Plugin Manager Plugin 4.1.6

When I tried to update the Universal Plugin Manager Plugin 4.1.4 to 4.1.6 I got this error:

An error was encountered while updating the UPM. See the logs for more details.

Questions, if you please:

• Where is the log?
• Anyone have a solution?

Using Jira Software (server) 8.12.1 on Ubuntu
