Welcome to Atlassian Community!
There was an incident days ago where Jira was failing to get user information and currently there is a bug related to notification JRACLOUD-72386 that is also affecting the UI.
Just for further clarification, can you please let us know if this is happening only in the field Collaborators?
When did this issue start?
Is it happening on all tickets on all projects or is it happening with some specific tickets?
