Failed to Login on Jira for id "Sjha@bhavnacorp.com"

Need your support in resolving the 2 step authentication login failure issue for Sjha@bhavnacorp.com for the “https://abcfinancial.atlassian.net/”. After entering the authentication code, it keeps on loading. Tried the below steps:

1. Restarted the system and cleared the browser cache.
2. Tried to disable authentication via https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/two-step-verification

None of the above worked. Need assistance for the same.
