Today, I am not able to attach or paste an image into the ticket. It says "failed to load".
Please guide what can be done as my team member is also facing the same issue.

Sorry for the late update.
I tried the workaround in one of the issue to go "back to old view". But I am unable to do so. Below is the message on my https://gnowit.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa
"We're currently transitioning everyone to the new issue view, so you're no longer able to switch back to the old issue view. Learn more"
