Failed to Create a site

I am a new user. I am trying to create a new jira site. But an error happened.

Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Anonymous ID: "ee332297-e9fd-4e35-88de-82fe9122df7d")

I am using chrome. I also tried firefox but still not work

Hey @ShaunWu ,

It's usually recommended to wait for some time (an hour or so), but you could also reach out to support, as the link says.

The channel you can also use is the following: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
Select Product Trials > Trial a new product and at the bottom you have a button "Need more help?" 👈

In the help box add your details and that error number/code you're seeing and the team should be able to help you.
