Hello. We have a problem with our billing. Suppose, our credit card has expired and the account was suspended
The think that concerns me - we never received any messages about failed payment attempts. So todays problem was quite shocking and blocked our work
Is it ok that we never received any messages? Does it work that way right now?

If you have an issue with your billing then I would reach out to Atlassian directly for assistance.
We have had a similar problem in the past though and we weren't notified of an issue either, just had our account suspended. Atlassian were quick to resolve it though.
