Facing issue in increase the Total Memory of JIRA in windows environment

I have increased the RAM in system. Total Memory is not updating in Web Info in JIRA, although i have updated the ’setenv.bat’ JVM_MINIMUM_MEMORY and JVM_MAXIMUM_MEMORY and also restarted the JIRA services. I am using jira-6.3.9

Are you running it as a service in Windows? If so, increasing memory in setenv.bat is not enough.
