Facing a problem while logging into jira

We don't have any sso configured in Jira cloud but while our users logging means we getting a page likes your group using sso .

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know what page is appearing for the users when they log in?
If possible, send us a screenshot of the page.

Hi Federica,

Thank you for reaching out to Community!
Just to make sure we are on the same page, I would like to know if this issue is happening when you are using the same email as you are using here in community.
As a test, I went to id.atlassian.com and pasted your email but it asks for the password, if there was an SSO or the domain was claimed, it would redirect to the SSO page to login.
Is this issue happening when you are using another email?
