Facing a connection pool issue. Unable to retreive connection from connection pool.

I am running two integrations in a 3-5 secs interval. The first integration runs successfully. However, the second one fails to get hold of an active connection from the connection pool.

what is the keep alive time for a connection in Jira ?

Is there a restriction from Jira as to the number of connections allowed in a particular time interval?

Please help.
