FORGOT username and password

I downloaded Jira Software which installed Jira on my computer. I have forgotten the username and password  so I tried using the forgot username function on the login which uses my email but it doesn't send anything I've waited a day for it but nothing please help. I tried reinstalling so that I can go to the first time setup again to create a new user but it doesn't show up for the second time.

If you're the Jira admin, you should be able to use the recovery_admin feature to look over the usernames and change passwords if necessary.
