Extra user in my hosted instance

Hi,

I noticed there's a sysadmin user in my OnDemand users. Does this user count towards my user limit? I hope not, since I need all 10 of my user accounts on the instance.

Please advise.

This uses does not count towards the licence limit. It's needed by Atlassian support folks for performing the maintenance and configuration if needed.

So effectively in OnDemand you use X+1 users license whereas you pay for X users.

That sometimes introduces problems with the 3rd plugins in the this environment, but vendors quickly learn about it and adjust their licensing validation.
