I have received an email regarding the deactivation of our Jira subscription.
I would like to request assistance to resolve this issue.
Please let me know the reason why the subscription is scheduled to be deactivated, as it is important that the deactivation does not proceed.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
As per the email your subscription deactivation has begun, due to there not being any activity for an extended period of time.
Prior to that email one would've been sent to you warning that the subscription had been inactive and would be deactivated on a specified date. That email would have told you that you needed to login for the subscription to appear active.
Have you tried using the "contact us" link in the email to contact Atlassian?

Usually when your site has been inactive for a certain time, Atlassian notifies you that they will deactivate it.
If they see that there is activity they won't.
Best recommendation will be to remain active on your site as it is the only way to keep it.
