Exporting out to Excel without the use of additional apps

Is there any way to export out data from a project without the use of additional apps.  I'm looking to export data into excel then into Powerbi.  Currently I don't have the button to export out to CSV file either.  Any way through automation or other ideas?

As long as you can see the issue data, you should be able to run a JQL search.  Once you have done that, there is an export button you can choose in order to export that data into several formats.  If Excel is your destination, I recommend selecting the CSV option as it will format the data in a manner that excel can import easily.

Do you not have the options to export like in this screenshot?
