I'm facing an issue when I try to export a list of ticket in excel.
When I try to configure the columns to be exported I don't see in the list the field "fixed version". It is not available in the "personal preset" and in "system" as well.
Do you have any suggestion?

Hi Rosario, I’m unsure what personal and system are referring to...opportunity for me to learn something new here. In any event you should be able to export fixversion to CSV or other format from the advanced search results page. Are you saying you cannot find fixversion in the columns drop down? What about if you select “all fields” when exporting?
