Since upgrading to version v7.13.1 we have found that the SLA displays in an export to CSV file, however when the SLA has breached the SLA does not display correctly as a negative figure. SLA displays as below:

Does anyone have a resolution/work around for this please?

You may want to try the app Better Excel Exporter as it supports exporting all Service Desk managed data to Excel (including SLA values), and from Excel you can produce a CSV if that is the final required format.
