Export results fails in office 365 exel

we have JIRA hosted in office environment. Few users who are using office 365 facing issue while exporting the results from filter results. data comes in comma seperated however when we do conversion to fit this in exel some data fields are becoming blank.

When all the fields selected and exported data is been scattered.

Suggestions are highly appreciable.
