Export from Issue and all Sub-Issues including all comments - Plugin

Hi!

I'm new in "JIRA Plugins World" and I get task to create plugin to export comments. 

I don't know, how handle this... I tried "get started", and "helloworld confluence", but that gave me nothing ( maybe only, how to start atlas and edit few files :o ).

I wanna get only direction to tutorials/tips/other to handle this. I have a few tasks in JIRA Plugin, but it looks easiest.
