Export Issues to Google Sheets

Basic Question:

Is there a way to have an exported Google Sheet stay dynamically up-to-date with its related Jira Issues?

So for instance, if I've already exported the Google Sheet from the Jira Issue Manager, and the issues are fixed, how can I make the exported sheet update automatically if someone changes an issue?

Thanks.

Hello,

This should be possible, but you do not want to export the issues.

Instead, you are going to want to use the extension Jira Cloud for Sheets.  You should be able to find this in the Google Extension marketplace.  It should be free and this will allow you to SYNC your issues between Jira and Google Sheets.

Then, whenever you want, you just click a button and the latest data from Jira will be brought into your sheet.

Hope that helps.
