Expiration date in Tasks

I want to know if I can add a due date to each task in Jira. I searched the different fields but I can not find the option.

In addition to making sure that the Due Date field is placed on the appropriate screens for the project, you need the Schedule Issues permission on the project in order to set a Due Date.

Yes it is possible. You will need to review your Screen Schemes and Field Configuration Schemes for each issue type to see if the field is available in your project. As well check the Schedule Issues Permission is set.
